Dolton’s Refresh

Dolton’s Gold and Dolton’s Jewellers are part of the Dolton’s Group trading from Leeds in the UK. They have been in business for almost 20 years now and their website needed some T.L.C.

We worked with Doltons to bring their vision to life.

Firstly – Adapt.

Dolton’s had adapted through the global pandemic to work with their clients from the comfort of their homes. We helped shape their refreshed websites around a postal service that is now on offer.

Secondly – Update

We helped update Dolton’s and refresh their older jewellery pictures with more up to date and more fashionable items. Dolton’s Jewellers also wanted to push a specialised service they are offering – shaped wedding bands. These allow clients to shape their wedding band to match their engagement ring, regardless of its shape!

Yardna are a family run business based in West Ealing, London. Pre-dominantly they are known for their trading of pre-owned luxury goods.

Prior to our work, Yardna’s online presence was inhibiting them from reaching their goals. Yardna’s outdated website was also affecting their advertising results. A mixture of older stock imagery and prose text meant that the business was falling behind online.

Their owner came to our team here at Individual Marketing Solutions and explained that trust was a big issue for his brand. The luxury pre-owned goods market since the integration of his original website had become a lot busier and in turn, the competition was higher.

Immediately our team decided to split the pages and provide information relevant to these. Their previous site prevented their clients from understanding the process and enquiring correctly, this, in turn, had an effect on the advertising. The data also proved this theory as the bounce-rate increased and the conversion rate dropped. The quality score was then affected. This previous advertising data, therefore, told us that the impact on quality had then a further impact upon the expenditure on google advertising. By splitting the pages for jewellery, gold, diamonds and luxury watches, we could now also create specific campaigns for the different parts of the brand.

We are now more reliant than ever on technology and the online world to make purchases. Trust is everything! It was important to ensure all customers could trust the brand online. Therefore we incorporated an FAQ section that helps manage the enquiries more effectively.

Finally, we are ready for launch. The site now incorporates all of the relevant information and encourages users to enquire. The relevancy had a huge effect on their cost-per-click and therefore has also resulted in a reduction in marketing spend to achieve better results.

Bespoke Goldsmith specialises in making your jewellery unique. They wanted to ensure customers could see their luxurious nature and previous work. The owner sat down with our Individual Website team to discuss their options.

The aim was to present them as specialists whilst also keeping the added touches which included polaroid images. Getting an engagement ring is a special moment for many and in a world of mass production, Bespoke Goldsmith wanted to inform people that there is another option – Bespoke Jewellery. Moreover, pricing for a bespoke piece is not dissimilar to a mass-produced item due to the brand’s fees.

We developed a working site with zero downtime for the team at Bespoke Goldsmith to review. Once the team had reviewed this, it was time to put the finishing touches on their new website. Finally, it’s time for the installation with as little downtime as possible, we ensured we completed the transition at a quiet time for their current online traffic. The website required some additional elements including a calendar function and chat feature upon implementation. We were live!

Wilkinson’s are a trusted luxury watch trader, they have excelled through word of mouth, reputation and the use of a popular platform – Chrono24. When we first spoke with the owner of the business, he made our team aware that he felt that his website was outdated and did not match their reputation. 

Wilkinson’s are known for buying and selling sought after watches such as the stunning Discontinued Submariner Date 2020 which sold for £31,000! 

A business of this calibre needed a site that allowed its clients to view their collection freely. The website also required a page that allowed users to submit their watch for a quick and easy quotation. Our Individual Website team sat down with Wilkinson’s to formulate the best design ideas that would match their branding.

Individual Marketing Solutions partnered with a local photographer/videographer to get some excellent shots of some of their current stock. We also decided to help Wilkinson’s Watches with their logo and kept this in line with their branding. By working together, we managed to create Wilkinson’s Watches a Website that not only matched their business branding but a website they could now be proud of and trade from around their other activities.

Time for a New Site?


Tic Toc Man are a well-established family run business in the Heart of Hatton Garden, London, when we first met with the team at Tic Toc Man we knew that we could make a big impact on their business. Their reputation in the industry speaks for itself however their online presence was minimal. 

When TTM was first established the owners created a simple website using a well known self-building platform, due to their rapid growth within their industry they had outgrown this quite quickly and their marketing provider could not promote their individuality.

We met with the team to discuss how we could bring their vision to life, we worked with a videographer to capture imagery for their new website, showing off their beautiful workshop and the intricate work that takes place there. 

TTM wanted to focus on generating leads for their shipping kits which are designed to allow customers from all around the U.K to send their luxury watches securely and directly to TTM for a service, repair or polish

This unique element helped TTM to thrive through the recent Pandemic as it allowed them to continue engaging with their clients even if it was remotely.
